What we cover

Everything on the test, nothing that isn't

The digital SAT has two sections, each split into two adaptive modules. Tutoring covers both, plus the strategy that ties them together.

Reading & Writing

Short passages, one question each. Speed and precision matter more than ever.

  • Craft, structure, and inference
  • Grammar and punctuation rules
  • Transitions and rhetorical synthesis

Math

From linear equations to trig, with the built-in Desmos calculator as a tool, not a crutch.

  • Algebra and advanced math
  • Problem solving and data analysis
  • Geometry and trigonometry

Test strategy

How the adaptive format works and how to use it to your advantage on test day.

  • Pacing across both modules
  • Desmos shortcuts that save minutes
  • Reviewing mistakes so they stick

Check-in tests

Regular practice tests track progress and adjust the plan before the real thing.

About

Taught by someone who just took it

Hi, I'm Aidan. I started Fogel Point because the best SAT help I ever got came from people who had recently been through the test themselves, and who explained things the way students actually think about them.

Every student gets a plan built from their own diagnostic, not a one-size-fits-all course. We spend time where it moves your score, and skip what you already know.

FAQ

Questions

When should I start preparing?

Two to three months before your test date gives enough time for a diagnostic, focused practice, and a few check-in tests. Shorter timelines work too; the plan just gets more targeted.

Are sessions online or in person?

Both. Online sessions use video and a shared screen so we can work through Bluebook questions together.

Do you cover the digital SAT?

Yes, all tutoring is built around the current digital, adaptive SAT and the official Bluebook practice tests.

What happens in the free consult?

We talk about your goal score, test date, and what has or hasn't worked so far, then decide on a plan that fits your schedule. No commitment.
